Found an awesome little seafood market... Picked up some fresh oysters...
Shucking oysters...
Picked up some fresh shrimp too...
Red sky at night...
It felt really nice to not have to travel today. I think we needed a break. We had the whole day to do whatever we wanted; which wasn't much. Walked around town, toured in and out of the little shops and whipped up some delicious seafood.
Our mission has been to get to warm weather- then worry about fixing the little details on our boat. First little detail; lighting. Our boat doesn't have interior lighting; don't think I've mentioned that before. We had a lantern we used for a while but the glass broke, so when it gets dark at like 6pm, we pretty much just close our eyes and go to sleep, sad isn't it? This also means we've been waking up at 4:30am, in the dark, totally messed up schedule. Anyways, hoping we will be able to get some sort of interior lighting in St. Augustine tomorrow. It'll be a 60 mile day tomorrow; hoping we arrive before dark.
