Lazy day...
Today was a bit of a slow start. Had a few too many Natural Light beers last night. The first time I picked up a 12-pack of these babies the cashier told me it would be $7.49. So I paid the woman, stuffed the beer in my backpack and ran for my bike before she could realize her mistake. Okay, it didn't quite happen like that, but I was rather shocked at the price. You can't afford not to drink in this town.
Anyways, in my experience the best cure for a hangover is fresh air. It was a beautiful day so we said 'f' the boat work and took a bike ride down by the beach, hung out at the Java Rock and even managed to get a load of laundry done. All in all, just one of those nice lazy days.
*Just on a side note, the depth finder installation yesterday was a success:)
Concentrating...
Lemongrass Tea - according to Dorothy Hall's The Book of Herbs, lemongrass contains vitamin A and is good for "those who wish to have bright eyes and clear skin". Excellent.
Fresh clean sheets:)

ReplyDeleteWe're in Rock Hall, MD at the moment waiting on a haul out to repair a sail drive leak. Hopefully we can't underway this weekend and start making our way south.
